DESCRIPTION:Here at Barton Turf we have many different species of butterflies\, dragonflies\, invertebrates\, birds\, plants and animals around our site.\nBut have you seen them?\n\nThis family day out gives you the opportunity to come on site with your camera or phone and see what you can spot. We will have resident experts to assist with your identification and recording as well as other activities designed to enhance your day.\nIt is an opportunity to walk around the private marsh\, usually used by school groups\, known for Swallowtail butterflies and Bitterns. (wellies or sturdy footwear are advised particularly if it has been raining)\n\nJoin with Broads Authority volunteers or Friends of Barton Turf and learn about the special wildlife of the Broads\, Get get close to nature on our trails and enjoy refreshments from our café.\nNB Only some of the site is suitable for wheelchair users.\n\nEntry £2 donation. Free Parking. On-site Café.\nSunday 23rd June\nopen from 2pm\, closes 5pm.
